We enjoy our relationships with our patients and appreciate the privilege of participating in your healthcare.  In this process, our intention is to listen well, learn as well as teach, and offer the most effective means to enhance your health.  We welcome your participation and feedback.   Our office policies and new patient information form are available through the links below.

We want this care to be cost-effective care as well.  We are responsible in our charges and seek to keep costs within limits.  We see patients with insurance and without.  We bill insurance for those with it.  We will continue to see patients for whom payment becomes a problem by offering payment plans.  We see the instability of the United States’ healthcare “industry” and want to be in a position to offer care regardless of what changes may come in that sector.
