James Brown, Neurofeedback and biofeedback counseling

Jim Brown, MS, LPC, BCIA-EEG is a native of Missouri, having moved to Oregon in 1997. He earned both a bachelors degree and a master's degree in clinical psychology from The University of Central Missouri. Mr. Brown has extensive experience in inpatient mental health treatment and community mental health. He has had an interest in mind/body approaches to health concerns throughout his career. He has been certified in brainwave biofeedback (neurofeedback) since 1998, and has used biofeedback in both inpatient and outpatient settings since 1995. Additionally, he uses cognitive behavioral approaches in his practice. When not at HealthMax, Mr. Brown works with Dr. Robb with residents of the Woodland Convalescent and Assisted Living Center in Woodland, WA. Mr.Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington.
